Processing Time

Custom engraved products require 4-8 hours for proof generation and approval, plus 3-5 business days for production and engraving.

Once your design proof is approved, we begin production immediately. You'll receive tracking information via email once your order ships.

• Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days (FREE on orders $50+)
• Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
• Express Shipping: 1-2 business days

We currently ship within the United States. International shipping options coming soon!

Return Policy

Due to the custom nature of our products, returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for the following reasons:

• Product defect or damage during shipping
• Engraving error on our part
• Product doesn't match the approved proof

How to Return

1. Contact us at info@grogan-engrave.com within 30 days
2. Include your order number and reason for return
3. We'll provide a prepaid return label
4. Once received, we'll process your refund or exchange

Non-Returnable Items

Custom products with personalized text or designs cannot be returned unless there's a defect or error on our part.
